Unable to register the Hotspot within the Helium App

Troubleshooting Steps

1. If you register your hotspot right after you connect via Ethernet or Wi-Fi, you will see this error since the OTA (over the air updates) are running.

2. Please leave your Hotspot connected via Ethernet or Wi-Fi for another 10+ mins. This will allow OTA updates to finish.

3. Long press the button for 6-10s to enter configuration mode and then try to register again.
